Is it safe for a teen to take saw palmetto?

I'm trying to reverse hair loss(its not bad, I just don't want it to get worse), I just turned 19. Are just two capsules a day safe? thanks.

Do you have a source that says saw palmetto slows or reverses hair loss. It works great for an enlarged prostate, but I hadn't heard the hair thing. It's done no good for my hair loss.

Techblob, yes, I have heard about saw palmetto being used for hair loss problems. Where you can take it and in what dosage, you should refer to the product label. But there are many other types of vitamins/minerals for hair loss. I have enclosed an article for you to read concerning these vitamins etc. Good luck.
