  1. Yes, America is as multi cultural as UK these days.

  2. Please stay in England or try next door. The US is full.

  3. It is not safe for anyone anywhere.

  4. Of course it's ok to live here but just don't start anything !_!

  5. Why not visit Pakistan and live there?

  6. Depends on where you are planning on living! South Detroit nobody is safe, Hartford CT - no way! But now a days no where is safe so don't worry. My advise - stay in England!!! I would give anything to live in Europe or Netherlands etc.....USA is losing its lack luster!

  7. it has its good areas and its bad areas just like england im sure or anywhere. if your moving to nyc dont move to the ghetto areas if your worried about crime move to the nicer areas but it will cost more $. also being multiracial is normal over here especially nyc no one will even notice they will prob think ur latino.lol

  8. sure its safe in the USA.  Dont believe everything you see on tv.

  9. Of course your safe, but anybody could be a crime victim, in USA or anywhere else for that matter.  USA is perfectly safe.

  10. Yes, U.S. is safe.

  11. As a citizen  of the U.K. if you are thinking of immigrating to the U.S., you need to know that is nearly impossible.  See link below and read the answes from Charlie and Wilsvil..to see reasons .

  12. As you posted this in NYC i'm guessing you want to move there? I moved there from England 3 years ago and wouldn't reccomend it. But I lived in a bad area of NYC, the better areas are unaffordable for anyone on less than £50'000 a year.

  13. Being foreign in any large US city can get a bit rough at times, but it's not as bad as all that. Remember, d**n near everything gets reported in the news here, so it's easy to get the impression that crime is non-stop here. It isn't so. The crime rates have dropped hugely in virtually all American cities in the past twenty years, largely as a result of tougher attitudes against it, and more citizens carrying guns. Stay out of obvious bad spots and you'll be just fine.

  14. You mean in terms of crime? Some places in America have much higher crime rates than others. It depends on where you go.

I don't know why you included your ethnicity in this question unless your worried about racism or religious strife. That also depends on the place but I would say there is generally less of that in the U.S. than in Europe nowadays. In my hometown, San Jose, CA, there are many east Indians and very little ethnic tension.
