I'm 26 years old. My mom got a free bottle with her bottle and gave it to me.

  1. I think the only reason that its for someone over 50 is because it has more nutrients in it that older people need like calcium..which is not bad for anybody..just read on the bottle what the ingredients are. The best one for a 26 yr old is prolly just a regular multi-vitamin, nothing that says the age on it, no childrens or anyone that says its for a specific reason just a plane ol viamin then when you get older you can look for one that meets your needs if you need a certain one for something like iron or calcium..but I think it should be fine, plus it should hae something on the label that should say if its not reccomended for young adults or something.

  2. It is not a good idea; you do not need most of the stuff that's in those vitamins.  Give it back to your mom or pitch it.

  3. marketing tactics - those drugs/chemicals don't know the gender of the user or the age of the user.  The vitamins you need will be utilized and the ones you don't will be eliminated.

  4. I don't think it would hurt you, but you probably wouldn't get the maximum benefit from it. I'd use it, then get the right type after that bottle is finished.
