Is it safe for rabbits to play with bouncy balls, and balloons?

Give me reasons why should they not play with them, thanks! =]

Um, never ever EVER let any pet play with balloons because, if the balloon pops, the animal could very easily choke on one of the pieces - the animals don't know not to eat them!  

Regarding the bouncy balls, I would maybe avoid them because your bunny could choke.  However, I'm no rabbit expert.  I don't know how wide their throats are.  A quick call to a vet (or maybe even a pet store if the person who answers the phone happens to know what they're talking about) will let you know how large rabbits' throats are and hence if they're likely to choke on a bouncy ball.

DONT EVER LET THEM PLAY WITH BALLONS! Because if they pop, they could choke on the tiny pieces!
