Is it safe to add my bank account to paypal?

I signed up for a paypal account and I want to add my bank to it. Is it safe to give paypal my bank info?

Yes, but paypal accounts are not safe, however, if you read the terms correctly they can and will not be able to give you your cash back if they freeze your account for any purpose of their desire.  No explanation is even needed, so in short, I wouldn't do anything with paypal.

Yes it is. It's a very secure web site. But I would only give them that info if you intend to use them reguarly or even daily. Occassional use I would use a debit card to buy & withdraw a check from them for payouts.

I have had my account linked to Pay-Pal for 3 years & have not had any problems. YES it's safe.
