The news feeds us tons of information every day, from what is good / bad for you to details about events in other countries. I think a lot of people believe that news stations are credible, and willingly believe anything that is told to them. How should we perceive this information to be able to decide what is true / lies? Is it safe to trust news broadcasts?

  1. I'm afraid the whole media is controlled by Jews.

  2. If it's produced by humans, assume there's an agenda attached, regardless of the objective facade.

  3. The one thing to always remember about any news story or event is that there are always two sides to every story.  The news only gives you one side.  Most news sources in any given country receive their information from the same source and will be somewhat the same with a few biases.  The only way to have a real unbiased opinion is to get as many different viewpoints as possible and decide for yourself.

  4. Mainstream media in America is owned by a few wealthy people who adhere to the neocon philosophy.  Need I say more?

  5. Which information? Which news?

It's wise to get news from a variety of sources, and to perform sanity-checks on what each says.

Now that we have this web thingy, that's been made a LOT easier.

  6. don't believe everything you see on tv.
