you should at least have a real estate lawyer look over everything to protect yourself - you would have to pay and you should still do a title search and inspection also

I don't see why it wouldn't be.  In fact, I would think it would be better than a "normal" person without a license.  At least they know what they are doing.

I suggest you have an attorney look over the paperwork though - just to have a professional on your side.

You’re saying the seller is the broker? I would either pay my own buyer’s agent (if the seller won’t pay a BA’s commission) or an attorney to review the documents because a real estate professional is going to know what language to use to make this deal favorable to them and not you.
