do they shipped and packaged it in a very safe way? with hard box n everything? bubble wraps? cushions?

Yes and no.  You need to know if the guitar is right for you and that you can finger it properly.  If you decide to buy online, know what you are buying. Go online and do research on the particular make you are looking for.   Ask alot of questions.  If the seller will not answer or takes forever to answer, move on.  Pay extra for insurance and additional packing if needed.  No sense in buying a guitar that gets broken in transit.  You can also go to a music shop and get prices and to preview any models you find online that you may want to buy.  Or you could just buy one there.

yes because my uncle buys guitars there and they come great just no cushions and if you dont believe me go to google or ebay.
