Is it safe to buy from Kijiji, a local online shopping site?

I'm buying a Hamster cage from Kijiji, an online buying system, like eBay exept it's local. Should I buy it? The picture of the cage is in great condition!

I bought a bird cage off Kijiji and it was great. Kijiji is a great site. I sell and buy things off it every time. And its local anyways. Great!
