Would it be harmful to my body if I took St John's wort with other supplements such as pharmagaba, 5-htp, Sam-E, etc..? I am also taking medication for my period and for diabeties.. would St John's wort interact with those drugs? (I understand it's best to ask a health care professional but I was curious as to what others have to say about this)

  1. Go check out the ganoderma at the following web page.....it is excellent for balancing the body....your sugar levels may fluctuate a bit on taking them, however, in the laws of healing you will have what seems to be adverse effects, but it is, in actuality your body re-balancing itself...so persevere with it. In natural healing it may take longer, but it is permanent.

Herbal medicines are just that, medicine.  Do not start taking any herbal products unless your doctor says it's ok.  Especially if you are taking prescribed medications.

  3. do not take it with any other antidepressants or birth control.
