Is it safe to cut my memory foam topper??

it's 3'' thick, and its way too big for my bed! (futon).

i have a razor, sissors, and a saw thing. i hope this works!

Yes, you can cut it. Easiest way to do it is to compress it with a straight board and cut with a razor using the board as a straight edge.
