Is it safe to download from Gamershell.com?

I was trying to find out stuff about Airport Tycoon 3 (maybe a demo or something) and I found that I can download the entire thing at Gamershell.com. Is it safe to download: legal, safe, virus free?

It is legal to download from there because you are still having to buy games such as the one you are talking about and those they do give away for free are registered as freeware so you legally can give them away. From checking out McAfee site adviser they gave the site a green rating and found no bad or harmful downloads.
