Is it safe to drink alcohol if i take tylenol?

You're never quite safe if you drink alcohol, but it also depends how much you will be drinking. I guess tylenol will be better if you usually get headaches when drinking. But the best way to stay safe is to not drink in the first place.

Actually you should really not take it when you drink.  There is a rare reacyin that can happen in the liver and you can get sick or die.  But it is rare,  I would not do it.
