Is it safe to drink distilled white vinegar for sinus infection?

I drank a tblspoon with a big glass of water to help my sinus infection.

sure it is okay to drink but will do nothing to help get rid of your sinus infection.

My husband uses this to keep from getting bronchitis, and I use to to cure sinus infections. THere are many kinds of bacteria that live in the sinuses, and this gets rid of all the bad ones!.This is the only thing that really helped me --- my Dr. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria.

you need

distilled water

sea salt

liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store.

in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature.

add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix.

using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down.

Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril. Be sure to have paper towels handy.

The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don't get rid of them all.

Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time.

Then do it once a week for maintenance.

There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me.

I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore.

I have read one should never consume white vinegar or commercial apple cider vinegar or use n the skin,.

One should only use raw apple cider or raw red wine vinegar

Safe but not effective.  If you have a sinus infection, you need to see a doctor for antibiotics.

You should drink raw organic apple cider vinegar everyday. It's very good for you!

White distilled vinegar does not have the same properties as the orange apple cider vinegar. I drank at least one T.spoon a day mixed with one t.spoon of honey, then delute it some with water. you can also heat it, makes the honey stir up better.

I had acid reflux really bad and took prilosex for years, it only covered up the symptoms.When I started using the vinegar it cleared right up within a week, my dr was so amazed he wrote it down and is now telling his patients.

The white-distilled won't hurt you, prob. help some for the sinuses, but the apple cider is best.

As far as ordering it online or buying it at a health food store and paying 4 times the amount, I just buy mine in the grocery store.Very inexpensive and works just the same.I trust the White House brand more than I would these ppl that are making it and selling it. I wouldn't mind to make my own and use it but I just wouldn't trust these ppl that are writing books and selling their product.But then thats just me, you hear a lot of contaminated food these days, i am just cautious, hope u get better.
