Is it safe to eat lobster in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico?

There seems to be a lot of turmoil south of the border. I also read that business is down over 90% as tourists are staying away. Is it also this way in Rosarito? Ensenada?

of course is safe, just use common sense.  Try Sandras is where locals eat their lobster, try the crab legs as an appetizer.

The lobster in PN is delicious and well worth the trip.  Business is down everywhere so maybe there are better deals in the restaurants since the lobster was getting pretty expensive last time I was there but still a delicious treat.  Safety issues are greatly exaggerated in the US press.  Tourists are rarely/seldom victims of crime.  Just be aware, use common sense, don't get drunk and unfocused and you should have a great time.

Dude, I'm not so sure. I've eaten seafood my whole life and got some shell fish in Puerto Nuevo last year and broke out into a full body rash. What's really crazy is, ever since, I've never been able to eat shell fish again. Not even scallops, which I used to eat regularly. I have no idea what was in that food, but it's given me a new inability to eat shell fish.

Other than that, no problemo!

Come to Tijuana , keep yourself alert, do basic things to be safe

There are a gang of thugs in the area that roll up behind you an activate Red lights and leave you on the side of the road wiyh nothing.  Tourism is down 60% and to the beat of my Knowledge they have not been apprehended.

Thats if you make it past the flying bullets of the waring cartels.

That is the most dangerous place in Mexico at the moment.
