Is it safe to eat the fish in Amicola park in georgia?

if it is possible to eat the fish, will the fish be too bony or comfortable to eat?

Trout fishing - I'd go with 6lb line and a spinning rod/reel along with size 10 hook and a bunch of split shot sinkers - the red container with different sizes and yes some night crawlers and maybe some small Mepps Black Fury spinners dressed (with the fur near hooks) get both the ones with orange on it and the one with yellow on it.

Lastly I'd get some berkley power bait corn scent (yellow) and use it too.
