Is it safe to eat with silver ware at a restaurant?

im a germ freack and i dont know if i should it with the silver ware restaurants give you

Since you're a germ freak you might now want to eat the food either.  Don't tell anybody I told you this but the Chefs "touch your food with their hands."  ( ^ _ ^ )

They always wash your dishes after you use them and don't worry, they are very hygienic.

Most restaurants presoak silverware in a antibacterial soak that eats anything on them. Then they wash them in boiling hot water that kills everything else.
