  1. no. not if you are not hungry.

But if you are hungry eat.

    no dont force food yourself.

  2. Yeah, it's not like you are going to explode.

If you gradually increase your meals, your stomach should expand. That way you will start eating more comfortably.

  3. the best thing to do would be to see a dietitian

get a professional's opinion here ... don't trust average people to know.

    keyword : average

average person = person who doesn't know everything but likes to think they do.

  4. No. Eat rice and read what sumos eat.

  5. Force-feed?  Idk what that is but it does not sound safe, if you want to gain wait there are food bars (they help children in africa gain weight, and help wrestlers move up weight classes and so on) that you can order.  Or just eat normaly

  6. yes.

  7. No, h**l No! force feeding your self can cause long term physical damage, if your trying to gain weight for any reason eat every 3 to 4 hours and only considerable amount, not even enough to make yourself feel full

  8. no force feeding bad, dont do it, just eat three meals a day and you should be fine

  9. I would say DONT force feed your self so you feel sick.... Instead you could slightly increase the portion size of each meal and eat more often and that would over time expand your stomach making you able to eat more.

Def stick to healthy foods, nuts, meat, avocado, potato breads esp help build weight. If you are a healthy person and just getting a bit underweight check you are only doing an appropriate amount of exercise and maybe you could buy some protein power or complain shakes to help you out also.

If you are really underweight or unhealthy you should really see a doctor/nurse before doing drastic changes cause you don't want to put pressure on your heart etc.

  10. Don't do it that way, Instead gain muscle by working out. REMEMBER MUSCLE WAYS MORE THAN FAT

  11. Thin is the name of the game. The lighter you are, the better. That is if, if you're healthy. Anyway, see if you got the right genes. If your parents are born thin, then, most likely, you'll also be thin.

Otherwise, you can do exercises to gain weight. Take "amino acid" or "high protein. You will not only gain weight, but also, healthy and muscular.

    Bye!

  12. no, you can rupture ur stomach

  13. it's all good. jsut dont go extreme. best way to do it is to eat throughout the day and then increase the sizes of your meals slowly. in no time u will be eating like a fat person

  14. No, it is not safe and not a good way to gain weight.  Force-feeding will just pile on excess body fat.  If you want to gain weight healthfully, increase your good calorie intake.  Eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 larger ones, drinking more non-artificial fruit juices, and eating foods with Omega-3 fatty acids (like fish) are ways to gain weight while staying healthy.  Exercise too, muscles are heavier than body fat.

A general rule:  Increase your calorie intake by eating foods with calories AND nutrition.  Sodas, fried stuff, and junk food should not be eaten much.  No trans fat either.

    Hope this helped!

  15. Why not drink a high-protein shake?... Make shure you use 2% milk.

  16. safer than someone else force feeding you
