  1. If you are indoors and the pool is grounded it is supposedly safe, however during really bad storms even the ymca pulls people out of the indoor pool.  Outside, definately not!

  2. NO

  3. DON'T! Water is a conducter of electricity which means there's a higher chance you'll get struck if you're in water.

  4. sure why not go ahead :)

  5. No.  Two reasons: (1). You are completely defenseless if the lightning hits the water, or the ground anywhere near the water.  You could easily become toast. (2). When you are in the pool, you are the tallest thing in the area of the water, even if only by a few inches.  You could become the path of least resistance for that big static discharge!

  6. ummmmmmmmmmmm r u stupid or just stupid no 1 in der rite mind wud go out in a lightning storm unless der trying 2 get killed.!!!!!!! but wateva u can get ur self killed

  7. NO WAY!!!!  Water is a great conductor, if the water hits the pool at all, you'll be deep-fried.

  8. NO WAY!! Unless ya Wanna get struck by lightning!

  9. No way! That's like asking to get struck by lightening.  I have seen lightening hit a pool before, and believe me, you don't want to be in there when that happens.

  10. No, don't go when its snowing either.

  11. No.  Actually you should not be anywhere near the pool and or not standing under a tree either as a tree or the pool or any metallic objects like deck chairs can also be struck by lightening.
