  1. Actually, I'd suggest from experience that you're right to have a healthy (if small) concern about this.

I'd wished I'd seen this helpful three-minute safety video:

Have a good time and be safe! :D

  2. It is perfectly safe... make sure you snorkel 300 feet below the surface!

Seriously, if your school has set this up, the only real question is how often have they done this?  If this is a yearly event, I am sure they have the safeties in place for a safe and wonderful event, and only those with negative vibes can spoil it for you.  Enjoy it and don't worry about the "freak" accidents.  BUT, listen to what they say.  If they say to stay away from this or that, then follow their directions.  Kids tend to think they are smarter than their teachers, and that is what causes the first problem... they are not.  Have fun!

  3. haha yess i've been before

its such an adrenaline rush and super fun!

they won't take you anywhere where your in danger!

  4. you could die crossing the street, or have a heart attack tomorrow. enjoy life and dont let fear stop you from living...go for it!!!!!

  5. isn't that where steve irwin died from being stung by a stingray?  I wouldn't think it would be completely safe. good luck.
