  1. yep its fine!

  2. you will me find but remember to change it every 2 hours

  3. thats what tampons are for....so you can be active.  If you went swimming without one, youwould still be exposed to whatever it is you think is in the lake.  Just change it after you get out of the water.  It's summer...enjoy!!!

  4. Perfectly fine!

  5. yes it is safe.

  6. i do.

  7. NO...you'll be fine. same as anyone else swimming in a lake, which is common.

  8. haha its all good, no worries.

  9. yes, its safe. And no u won't be absorbing any weird sh*t lol.

  10. As long as you still change regularly, it should be fine. Unless the lake's like contaminated? lol

  11. no youll be fine!

  12. Yeah, it's safe.

But you can also go in without a tampon. I got my first period at the lake with my friend and my mom told me I could go into the water without anything in because your period stops in the water. So it's more of a personal choice but you don't have to be worried about any microbiological whatevers! Haha, hope this helps! :)

  13. yep perfectly safe to swim

  21. yeah!! it will only absorb your menstraul fluid. the water pressure actuall doesn't allow anything to escape or enter your v****a

  22. Don't use the tampon as a floatation device.

But if you're using it in the manner it was designed, you'll be fine.

  23. That's why they were made.

Just put in a fresh one before, and

another fresh one after...and you'll be just fine.

    "Skinny-dipping"...?

  24. How to Use Tampons While Swimming

1Buy tampons according to your menstrual flow. If you have a heavy period, you should get super tampons, which are made larger for heavier flows. If you have different flow on different days of your period, you can buy a package of assorted sizes.

Step2Take tampons with you to go swimming. Put in a brand new tampon right before you get into the pool or lake. Use the proper size for your body and menstrual flow. If you use a size smaller than normal, it will be easier to remove after swimming. A size too large can be uncomfortable and difficult to remove. If you don't usually use tampons, and have trouble inserting them, apply a small amount of lubricant on the tip to make it slide in easier.

Step3Keep an eye on your bathing suit while swimming to look for signs of leakage. If you did not insert the tampon right, it could slip out and you can leak.

Step4Replace your tampon as soon as you are done swimming. If you find it is hard to remove, there hasn't been enough blood flow and it is safe to leave it in until it absorbs more blood.
