OK, I need to take issue with *29 wks w/ #2!*'s answer.

#1 - Not everything in a man's system will be excreted through their s***n.

#2 - Even if THC is excreted in s***n (I don't actually know on that), a standard amount of marijuana to purchase is 1/8 of an ounce, which would not normally be smoked all at once. That's 3.5 grams. Let's say that this person has smoked a full eighth recently, so 3.5 grams of pot. THC potency levels in that are hard to find with precision. 10% would be a high-ball estimate. So let's say that he consumed a full .35 grams of THC.

Let's continue on this route. A normal male ejaculation is 1.5-5 ml of s***n. In mass, that's going to be the same in grams. So we're looking at, say, 5 grams of s***n. Even if THC is excreted through s***n, there is no way that an appreciable amount of it is going to be present in a 5 gram sample of s***n. The percentages just don't work out.

(You can figure this out intuitively if you want - have you ever heard of anyone getting high by performing oral s*x on pot users? No? Then there's not an appreciable or usable amount of THC in a male ejaculation.)

#3. Even if there were a usable amount of THC in a male ejaculation, the vast majority of a male ejaculation will seep out of the v****a or dry out within it. Very little of it is going to get past the cervical mucus plug and into the uterus, and of that even less is going to be absorbed by the fetus. Ejaculation into the v****a just isn't something that is going to be substantively encountered by the fetus.

So nothing to worry about here, except people who apparently want to spread ridiculous and unscientific paranoia about pregnancy and dangers.

I'm not trying to sound like an a.s.s but I don't think i would risk having s*x with anyone else without protection while I'm pregnant if it isn't the father of the baby. What if he has an std? you, your pregnancy and your baby are at risk.

If you have s*x while you're pregnant with someone that does drugs and he "gets off" in you, the baby gets that too. But to be honest a little bit of marijuana won't really do anything.
