Is it safe to leave my mouthpiece in alcohol overnight?

I would suggest mouthwash instead... alcohol can be a little overkill. Plus it can also be poisonous. I used to had to wear retainers, and I'd soak them in mouthwash. Heres a great site for you on caring for your mouthpiece, I just found it. http://allsportscentral.blogspot.com/200...

use polident tablet,emerge it overnight..and it really cleans your mouthpiece
