  1. uhh it depends on how much you weighed to start with. if you're 300+ and you excersize like a 80 pound person, of course you're going to lose 3 pounds a week. but if you're 120, thats really not healthy.

  3. If you need to lose the weight, yes. My mom is on weight watchers, and she some times loses 5 pounds a week...it's okay though cause she has a lot of body fat.

    lik i was kinda out of shape (i was still only 130) but still i started running everyday and i lost lik 3 lbs a day (no joke lol) it was awesome (too bad it only lasted a little longer than a week haha) but as long as its with excersize and not starvation or anything it should be safe

If you have a lot of weight to lose, then 3 pounds is a good amount to lose!  Good look on your diet but from one of your previous questions that I answered, I just want to tell you-- DON'T LOSE TOO MUCH. Then you won't be healthy. But you already know that.  I'm on a diet too.. I have soccer practice everyday (2 straight hours of running) and eating breakfast, lunch and dinner with a couple healthy but yummy snacks during the day.  Try excercising and eating healthy!
