Neither is safe to consume.

I would dare you to live 80% raw, organic, vegan; 20% meat & carb protein diet (disclosure: under the scrutiny, I mean, supervision of a drug-company-paid doctor) and compare the way you feel then to the way you do now.

Sickness is the body's way of telling you that it is not healthy in every part because it's lacking in what it needs to thrive. Although you exercise your vocal chords to communicate pain; your body uses electrical signals sent to your brain. This said, sickness can be created with the power of your thoughts.

If you're mentally stressed and physically malnurished - you can take the time necessary to do an inventory of your life in a visual list where you can identify opportunities to improve your perspective. Your reality may include coming to the reality that the world you live in will require that you live the remainder of your life suffering.

One reason you don't want to get hooked on taking pharmaceuticals is because you are destroying your mind and body. Without your body; the echelons of the world and society will continue to run the world around you. Don't give in to the old cycles of your bloodline, but make positive changes in your attitude and vision for the future; there won't be time to moan about the pain because you have somewhere to go.
