Is it safe to order things on ebay?

I WANT TO ORDER A PHONE BUT I JUST NEED ADVICE FROM SOMEONE WHO ALREADY HAVE OR NO SOMEONE THAT HAS

look to see how many items they have sold if they have sold alot then they are more than likely a company .they like to try to keep there rep good so i feel alot safer with them cause they have alot more to loose if they get bad feed back.

I have bought a lot of things off eBay, even my wedding gown. I've been eBay-ing for 4 years & have only had a problem once. I never received an item I had paid for in March 2006.  I filed a grievance but never got my $ back because the seller had gone bankrupt or something.  Other than that, my experiences with eBay have been A+.

Yes it's safe. If you don't recieve your product, you can tell the people who run ebay and they will return your money to you.

I've been using eBay for a few years now and I'm very satisfied with the service.  Never got burned once.  Yes, it's safe.
