  1. No, I think they said not earlier than 99

  2. quick answer is no, it will cause damage after prolonged use.

  3. No you can't the engine needs to be designed to run on E-85 some of the new cars can, people who own older cars though are stuck seriously I wouldn't even try it that's like putting diesel in a gasoline engine its not going to survive. Good Luck

  4. If your car is not e-85 compatible it will not run. severe damage can result from using e-85 in a standard fuel system. e-85 in a standard fuel system corrodes the system and causes leaks. it destroys standard fuel filters, injectors, and carburetors. DO NOT use E-85 in anything but a flex fuel vehicle.

incidentally, while e-85 is cheaper the fuel mileage loss over gasoline makes it more expensive to use.

  5. No, it will ruin the complete fuel system and damage the engine as well.

  6. Bigman The answer to this question is that it never is a good idea to be putting e85 in any vehicle. Most dearlerships willask you these things for you to find out and know. 1.What kind of vehicle are you driving. 2.The year of that vehicle. Keep in mind that there are a certain number of vehicles that e85 would pose no problems in its useage,on older vehicles its best to check with any of the local car dealerships in your town to find out which ones e85 would work good with and which ones don't. old school GM car owner for 24 years.
