Is it safe to run/jog and work out after fasting?

Im Muslim, and for the next 30 days is our holy Month Ramadan, where we fast from sunrise to sunset (not eating or drinking anything). So my question is, is it safe to run/jog and lift wieghts after fasting for that period of time, since i go to the gym regularly

  1. Fasted cardio is a fairly popular routine because of the theory you burn more fat in a fasted state. However, it would be a good idea to run right before you are ready to break fast, as when you are done you will need water and food.  You should never lift weights in a fasted state though.
