Im afraid of getting TSS but I also hate pads! Is it safe to sleep with a tampon in?

its just fine.ive been using tampons for 18 years.dont worry about tss so much,iver never known anyone who has gotten that.

it's safe. if you are worried wash your hands before and after you go potty.

I've used them for 30yrs and have never gotten TSS.

I wouldn't recommend it unless you're gonna wake up in the middle of the night to change it.

You're suppose to change them every 4-8 hours.

But I'd just stick to wearing pads at night.

i sleep with them in because i only get 8 hours of sleep.

but if you sleep longer i would reccomend sticking with pads!

NO. It is not worth the risk.

Shower first thing in the morning, if you feel gross because of the pad, or try a cup (like instead cup) which can safely stay in for up to 12 hours.
