Is it safe to take 2 hydrocodone?

You should ask your doctor. I, personally always have the same problem with this med. always have to take two.

If you can handle one, you should have no problems taking two. It's Tylenol and a narcotic. It's best to okay it with your doctor, but if you don't have any allergies to other narcotics, I would personally take them. If you do have a lot of medication allergies (or allergic reactions to any narcotics) then just stick with one until you talk to your doctor.

Keep some Benadryl nearby though. Sometimes I get really itchy taking higher doses of hydrocodone, but the benefits outway the side effects for me.
