Is it safe to take 4 nyquil liquicaps?

no, i would only take the recomended dose cus it contains the active ingredient in tylenol acetementatophen...sp?...which in high doses can really damage ur liver

will it kill you probably not but it will do a bit of liver damage and give you a bad stomach ache

No it is not.  NyQuil contains acetaminophen ( Tylenol ) and that is extremely hard on your liver and overdosing it is quite easy and can cause liver failure.  Trust me you do not want to do that.

A natural alternative would be Zinc, Vitamin C and Willow Bark
