Is it safe to take Varenicline Tartrate(champix) to avoid from smoking ?

Your doctor will know the effects of taking Chantix along with any other meds you may be taking. I was having real good results from it, but was on it for about seven weeks when the side effects became too much of a problem. lots of people have used it to quit in less time, I just didn't quite get there.

It has been shown to be both safe and effective in clinical trials.

That being said, any medicine may have side effects on anybody (that includes the "natural" ones too   FYI)

The potential side effects to watch for are usually listed with the prescription, and your doctor should have discussed a couple of the more common ones with you before prescribing.
