Using warm water will enhance the relaxation of your muscles and assist in carrying some of the toxins that are released from the muscles during massage out of your body through the skin.  Lots of people enjoy adding epsom salts to the water for added relaxation and detoxification.  GREAT job taking care of yourself!

  3. I would assume so. However I'm no doctor. I'm guessing that the warm water however would affect your muscles positively mainly by helping you relax.

  7. I find it helps. Add some fresh ginger powder and you will sweat out all the toxins. Make it hot and keep some cool water nearby, you'll need it.
