  1. yes it is okay..it's good for you and hair and nails


  2. Very safe.  The best cod liver oil to take every day is the one that has been fortified with extra vitamin A and D.  They usually contain 4,000 IU of vitamin A and 400 IU of vitamin D.  The plain un-fortified cod liver oil only contains a fraction of that amount.
