Is it safe to take panadol while on prescribed antibiotics?

the antibiotics are working but not enough i need to take some painkillers for my root canal...so is it safe to pop in 2 panadol even though i am taking 1 antibiotic every 8 hours?

yeap it's safe,, how much milligrams is your panadol? it's better to take 500 mg only =)

cos dentist usually prescribe antibiotics with pain killer.. juz take the pain killer when you feel the pain..

antibiotics are not painkiller actually, they remove infection

how old are you?

if you're an adult, you could take mefenamic acid (ponstan,ponstel,) 500 mg, it works better than panadol,, but you better take it after you eat
