Is it safe to upgrade my iPhone?

I jailbroke my phone using ZiPhone a while ago and the new update from apple came out a couple of weeks ago and I don't know if it is safe to update my iPhone to the new apple update.

Could someone please help me out?

  1. never upgrade your iphone if it is jailbroke


  2. Don't do it with ziphone

    as far as i know he hasn't made a new version for anything above 1.1.4
