Is it safe to use a debit card to order things from sites like Amazon.com and E-bay?

although I have never used a debit card, I like to use a credit card because it gives me protection from fraud.

I have never experienced a problem with this in over 10 years of internet shopping

i would definitely recommend using paypal service that way the seller won't get ahold of your financial information; that's the beauty of paypal and the seller gets a check directly from paypal so that's easy shopping for everybody.
