  1. i don't suggest it.

i could be bad or i could still be good but do you really want to risk it?

ifs its bad and you eat it, you're probably going to be major sick  but still have 5 bucks that you would have spent on good meat.

if its bad and you through it out, your guaranteed good meat.

so which is it: your heath or $5?

i know we're in tough economic times but jeeze ...lol

  2. if it is bad you will know by the smell.

  3. The browning on the outer layer of hambuger is very natural especially in meat that doesn't have chemicals added. I grew-up on farm fresh beef and venison it was always brownish unless it was fresh from the grinder. The brownish color is caused by oxidation, (exposer to air) and is perfectly fine.

  4. Smell it, then while your cooking it smell it again.

  5. Hamburger turns brown if it is exposed to air.  If you stored it so that it is not airtight, or the wrapping is loose with lots of air in it, then it will turn brown.  However, if you break the meat ioen, and it is still red inside, it is probably still safe to eat.  Brown all the way through - feed it to the dog.

  6. brown spots - little is ok

    all brown - NO way
