to be honest i dont think so.

there are still too many problems going on.

i think it would be dangerous if you would go there in march.

Some reports say that in recent times, Kashmir is almost normal and generally 'tourists' are spared from any problem.

Yet, somebody here in Y/A from Kashmir or who have visited this dream land very recently may elaborate the situation ...well better than me as I have no personal idea....!!

Its absolutely safe ,,....

and all the problems are a thing of past,,,,If u come once believe me u would visit it every year.

according to climate conditions i think april is a better choice..
