Is it safe to walk in Paddington late at night?

Hi! I'll visit London on July. I have to take the tube from Edware Road to Heathrow on Sunday around 23:00. Is it safe to walk from Paddington to Edware Road at this time of night? Thanks!

Why not take the tube from Paddington Station to Edgware Road station? It's one stop. The trains run until 1:30 AM.

It's probably safer than where you currently live. Its where my girlfriend lives & she walks home at any time of night.

please bring some cash with you too, as you may need to buy something to eat. remember that some joints only accept credit cards, so bring some of those along too. oh and don't forget your mobile, you never know when a pal might call.
