Is it safe to wash two black polos together for the first time if..?

Both polos have not been washed before, and one of them has a little golden butterfly stitch on the side. Will it be okay to wash the two of these together? I need them for the next two days for school uniform so I don't really have time to wash each of them seperately.

  1. It is perfectly safe to wash them together.  Turn them inside out, use cold water and dry them on low heat.
