Of course it is safe to wear a helemtn when biking, you always should.

Unless you want to fall of and crack your skull open, or become brain-damaged, or all of the above I would reccommend wearing a helment.

If you r motorbikeing you should DEFINITELY wera a helemt, and any other protective equipment.

Duh! Wearing a helmet when biking is safe because what if you fall and hit your head and you don't have a helmet on? and you hurt your head?  That is a consequence if you do not wear a helmet. If you wear a helmet, fall of your bike, your head will be protected by the helmet, preventing you from hurting your head.

Helmets are definetely safe! All minors under 16 are required to wear helmets while biking by law. This is because their skull isn't fully formed and can break easier (lol, they don't have a hard head yet!). Adults should wear them because they still protect the brain more than the skull alone, and adults usually don't get enough calcium.
