Is it safe to wear contacts while doing gymnastics?

As in like cartwheels, back handsprings, front tucks. Will the contacts fly out? And if I fall or something can they break?

Definitely. Contacts are made for people who do sports also (expect for water sports). They won't fall out or break. Don't worry about it.

Uh no honey, they won't fall out, and they don't break, (only when dried) they rip and tear.

But it is a fair question. Take it from me who dances and used to do gymnastics 5 years ago, YES it is safe to wear contacts while doing gymnastics.
