Is it safe to wear reading glasses?

Question

I want plano glasses but haven't been able to find any yet (my parents only let me buy things from Amazon). But they have a big selection of reading glasses. My question is, are these glasses safe or healthy to wear a lot if you don't have any seeing problems?

p.s. Please do not tell me other sites to buy things, I can ONLY buy stuff from Amazon (because my parents are crazy!)

Dear...Don't think twice..Buy one and use it..Ask ur Optician for a good quality lens that blocks  UV rays and computer radiation.. Select a good frame that suits to ur face and shine infront of ur friends..
