  1. Yes, if very wet they can be slippery.

You can get tile that is slightly texturized for better traction.

  2. i've done the same and they certainly are dangerous you'll either want to find non-slip slippers or some none slip cover which i think defeats the object.   codger

  3. I think you can buy non-slip tiles for a bathroom floor.

  4. Yes, they will be slippery. Make sure to use rugs with rubber backing on them and make sure to not move too fast while you are in there.  One time I had just gotten out of the shower and heard the phone ringing.  I was all wet but ran to get the phone and ended up slipping on the tile and falling flat on my back.  Ouch.

  5. Any hard surface is slippery when wet.. Are the polished or un polished?  I d never use a polished (shiney ) tile on a floor.Especially in a bath. The place you purchased then should be able to tell you the COF of that tile (slip rating)   What size are they? , a smaller till will have a bit more grib w/ the grout joint but not much more.. Like others suggested a good anti slip rug (s) is very helpfull.. Not much help but maybe it ll help you  GL

  6. providing you have bought floor tiles and hopefully told the shop what area they were going in ...then you should have the right ones

  7. They will be Slippery when wet. You can use throw rugs with rubber backing.
