  1. No, I didn't find it scary at all, even the first time it happened.  It can be pretty annoying but it's not scary.  :)

  2. Nah, just annoying.

  3. No... although the first time I got mine it shocked the c**p out of me because I didn't feel anything and then all of a sudden, boom, there it was. Fun fun... oh well, now I'm used to it and it's no biggie.

  4. only the first time i got it i was a bit freaked out.

but im used to it now, and its just scary the thought of having it sneak attack on me when i dont need it to come.

nothing i cant handle though. :)

  5. It depends on the person you are. My mom had talked to me about it and so had my older sister so I wasn't scared. I was really excited, actually, because it meant i'm growing up. Ten years later and every month I wish i was either a)a guy or b) able to go through menopause without the hormonal craziness lol. Don't be scared, every woman learns to live through it, or takes one of the various birth control methods out there that shorten your period time. (Personally, I wouldn't recommend anything that messes with your body like that. The menstruel cycle is about as natural as taking a dump or peeing. It's just slightly more uncomfortable. But to each their own i guess)

  6. I think every woman is a little afraid at first; afraid that people will be able to tell, or that their pad will leak, or that it is going to hurt.  But it's good to know that no one will be able to tell unless you tell them, even the thin pads can hold more blood than the average period releases without leaking, and the only pain you might feel is from cramps, and it only takes a little Advil or Tylenol to make that stop!  A lot of girls also worry that they are bleeding too much (6-8 pads a day is not uncommon) or that their blood is the wrong colour-lots of time period blood comes out dark brown or nearly black with clumps in it and this is perfectly normal too! After your first few periods there will be nothing that can scare you about it :)

  7. Its not scary its just different. As you get older it will be scary to NOT get your period. When you do get your period remember to change your pads frequently and bathe each and every day. Drink plenty of fluids, take vitamins, and get plenty of rest. Also be sure to carry extras in your purse along with some pain pills just in case you get cramps. The female body is a beautiful thing because of it...a new life can be created ;)

  8. no not really, when you first get it its just like omg i cant believe this is happening and then you kinda get used to it, the first ones not too bad usually, but every girls different, you could get cramps, back aches, and really bad mood swings or you could be just fine, look up all the symptoms that come with it if you want to

  9. it's annoying, untimely, disgusting, and smelly. but if you're scared that it might be scary, don't worry. it's just smelly blood...red stuff...whatever. it's just yucky.

  10. Its not scary. its life now.  you get used to it

  11. h**l no its totally cool you cant tell u got it :)
