  1. You could have Shingles and if yes then it will become serious and very painful.  My dad had them last year and my one friend who is only 33 got them as well.  Get it checked out.

  7. Only ONE person got this right--YES, chickenpox can be VERY serious in an adult. you need to see a dr NOW and he will give you a medication known as Zovirax which hopefully may stop the outbreak in its tracks.

       It won't become shingles, at this stage of the disease, although the virus stays in your body and you could get shingles at a later date (true of anyone who has had chickenpox,old or young.)

    What can happen is that the spots can not only cover your body but also go into your mouth and onward into your lungs. This can cause a kind of pneumonia that can quickly prove fatal.

    So get to your dr or even casualty at the hospital asap!
