Is it some right wing conspiracy that the lawsuit alleging Obama's birth certificate is false hasn't been ?

ruled on yet. One would think this important enough a decision that we would know the answer after 8 days.

The fact is this "rumor" is an Internet hoax with no substance to it.  US birth certificates can be verified easily by the Department of Health and Human Services in any State.   Why?  Because, it has the official, raised US government seal on it, stupid.  If you attempt to get a US passport, this official, raised US government seal must be affixed to the actual birth certificate which will accompany a US passport application.  Easy to verify.  Contact your State's Department of Health and Human Services and ask about it.  Contact the State Department Passport Office and verify it.  

Now, you will see that Obama has a valid US Passport confirming his identity with his birthplace and birth date on it.  But, you would have to have a US passport to understand this, wouldn't you.

Don't pass around rumors, it makes you look stupid.

Innocent until proved guilty.  I'm a democrat voting for McCain, but I will not stand by and watch people treat Senator Obama unjustly.  I still believe in the idea, even if my party as a whole doesn't.

It's bizarre, because the 50 secretaries of state have to certify that he meets the qualifications for the presidency. Maybe he won't--then what?

Is it a radical left wing conspiracy that a burned out singer is suing John McCain because the McCain campaign used one of his stupid songs?   Jackson Browne wanted the world to know he is an extreme liberal who's voting for Obama, and he doesn't want "just anybody" listening to or playing his music, even though he'll be getting that royalty check in the mail.

Does the Obama camp do this to you guys? I'm trying to think. There is the guy who runs around saying that McCain made 40 videos for the VietCong, but I think that is actually true. I often say McCain is baby killer, but that is also technically true, since he dropped bombs on hamlets indiscriminately.

Oh yes, we do have our own story about how McCain is not citizen, but I don't see it mentioned here because the story ended when a lawyer said that although technically he is not a citizen, the intent of the law was to make people of his category a citizen. So you see, we learn things. We dont' just keep repeating the same lies and nonsense you guys do.
