Is it sometimes normal to breath different when pregnant?

okay I'm not sure how to explain this but it happened one time last week and just a few mins ago

when I am laying a certain way, or have my neck titled just a little bit it feels and sounds weird when i take a breath, its the same exact sound that when your on oxygen that you hear if you take a breath of air with the oxygen going.

like a air sound i can breath okay, but when this happens get a little short of breath and worried cause i am not used to it, has anyone else experienced this?

I am almost 26 weeks

  1. Oh, yeah. I believe so, I feel like I can't breathe in sometimes, or my breath feels like it has been taken away, for a short instant.  I think it's normal amongst pregnant women.

I have this same problem!  Sometimes I find it really hard to breath and catch my breath.  It happens when I am not doing anything physical.  I have asked my doctor and it is common with pregnancy.  I also have had times where my heart feels like it will jump out of my chest it is beating so hard, but they said this was normal as well due to hormones/blood flow.  Good luck.

  3. i think its normal coz m 19 weeks pregnant  n feel really heavy breathing sometimes.so yes ur breathing seems a lil diff during pregnancy.
