Is it still possible to drive in Bogota, Colombia? Or is driving banned now?

I heard mayors of that city are trying to replace cars, roads, etc.

Cars are not Banned in Bogota, where did you get that idea??? They may want to better traffic problems, but not ban Cars.. My Family live in Bogota, and they drive and always have....

You can still drive in Bogota, if you're crazy enough to want to.  However, they have a rotation system based on tag numbers to moderate overcrowded roads during the week.
